Not as such, although there is a Startup Guide here that you may find helpful (You may need to enter your Reckon Cust ID/Member No & PIN to access):

The in-product “Help” section is also very informative & is accessible from most RA screen windows via:

"How Do I?" dropdown menu
specific entry into the "Type a help question" box > Ask or
from "Reckon Accounts Help" or "Help on this window" via the "Help" dropdown menu (click on "Help" along top toolbar)
