Print does not scale to page size

When I try and print my transaction report it only uses the top left quarter of the page. It does not matter what print option I choose the results are the same and the Page Scale page button is always greyed out. I am using Reckon Accounts personal plus 2016 and Windows 8.1

Hi Julie,
Have you been able to print successfully on previous occasions? ie. has it only just started occurring?

Have there been any changes to your operating environment recently since this started happening?
Is there any difference in display between the page orientation?
