Unable to open second entity

Reckon Accounts EasyStart: First Business Edition 2014 - I have added another entity but get this warning : (-6129,0) an error occurred when trying to access the company file.. The new entity appears in dop down list but when selected - Warning you cannot open an unknown datafile in AU version of Reckon..
