What tax rate to use for paid parental leave?

Could anyone tell me how the tax rate is calculated for paid parental leave.  Is it a set percentage?

    Hi Leanne.  Tax rate is the same however no Superannuation is accrued.  Just create a payroll item called PPL and process the gross amount and the PAYG is the same. Hope this helps
