    Hello Doug

    Run your profit and loss and filter by Invoices and Sales receipts.

    This will then show you where your sales are being allocated to.

    If an amount appear to be in the wrong place, drill down to determine which item is incorrect and modify.

    The other thing could be did you sell any Capital items, Plant, Motor vehicles, these sales may be allocated to Balance Sheet items and not profit and loss.

    Are both reports run as Cash or Accrual?
