ATO Error Message - STP

ATO Error Message - ATO sent the poll response but the service failed to deserialize it. 
What should be done to correct the error?

    Hi Alfredo,
    Has an ATO receipt number been returned on the pay event that this message appears on?

    ATO Receipt Number indicated "b0a5cf30-451f-11e9-9e33-c95a9943566b@reckon.com" which is not understandable.

    Hi Ravi,  Will there be no problem if I upload again the same file?  The said file was uploaded two weeks ago. Regards.
