STP - Company & Advisor Info

My Company & Advisor Info in Reckon GovConnect is incorrect & i can not change it to the correct details. I have phoned Reckon support and she basically told me its an ATO issue, i phoned ATO and they have all our correct company details and said that it is a Reckon issue

Can someone please help?

    The data from the Company & Adviser information section will update using the data sent in the pay event file from your Reckon accounting software ie. Reckon Accounts Hosted.
    Ensure your details are correct in Hosted and go through the submission process, you'll notice that the details will update once the pay event has been successfully accepted.

    Ok fab, thanks Rav. Payroll is on Wednesday so I'll give it a go then for the first time and see how I go. 
    Details are all correct in Hosted. Thank you
