Sorry but I agree with Sue that is exactly how you go to online banking in hosted and when you try to go to online banking the message that comes up is that navigation to webpage is cancelled.
Solved this by going to help and when the little box comes up saying you are going to a different page tick box for do not show this warning in future. I have had issues logging onto online banking for a few months now but this is the first time I have had this particular message, as the wait for support was going to be in excess of 10 minutes I tried something I have had to do before (as above) and got onto online banking.
Only you have to do this every time you want to access online banking which is frankly ridiculous, come on support fix the issue.
Why don't you call the technical support team. You pay for access to it in your subscription and it's used for situations just like this. I wonder if you did that once in these 2 weeks. It's not happening for me or my other 4 users so it's probably something to do with your internet browser settings.

Close the navigation error message Go to Help Select Suggest new features You will get a security alert - tick the in future don't show warning, close it will bring up random help stuff just close that Go back to online banking and click and it should open the bank page for you to select the bank you want to use. I hope this works for you

Go to Help
Select Suggest new features
You will get a security alert - tick the in future don't show warning, close
it will bring up random help stuff just close that
Go back to online banking and click and it should open the bank page for you to select the bank you want to use.
