find customer name by type

Using Accounts Hosted 2019, how can we find or sort our customers by business type, or class.

    You cant allocate a class to customers - but you can create Customer Types - then add those to each customer - then in the Customer Centre where the list of names is  - right click on the coloumn heading and choose Customise Columns - and then add Customer Type to the list - then you can sort quickly by Customer Type.. :)
