Is it just me or is there currently a problem with the share prices not updating?

my last share price update was last Friday

Perhaps I should have been more specific, more share prices did not update for Monday 23 September 2019.

I trust it is fair to assume that Andrew did not get share price updates for this date as well so it is not just me which is sort of a bit of a relief.

I am also having the same problem. We have had this problem before. Last time Rav (Community Manager) was very helpful.

RAV - are you seeing this? Perhaps you can assist again??

To confirm I was unable to successfully download share prices for Monday 23rd Sep

In the past when this has happened (at least three times that I can recall), Reckon has had to issue a new version of the file "qwutil.dll".

I hope if this is required again that they do so in a timely fashion!

Thank you for the reports on this everyone.

I've tested this myself on a couple of installations this morning and received the same result ie. prices updated to Friday 20/9.

I've sent this through to our Product team for further investigation on the cause. I'll let you know as soon as I have more information. Apologies for the hassle its caused so far, I'll keep you posted.

Rav. Things to check

Changes to update process by data provider. In the past these have been advised but not acted on by reckon until the update failed.

Changes to URL for data. As above US prices are updating which indicates Aus price issue

Hi folks,
The product team are currently investigating this and initial observations suggest that only AU share prices are currently affected. NZ and US share prices download correctly.

Would you say this is the case for you as well? (If you have any NZ or US shares in your list that is).

I don' have NZ or US shares. Just AU shares.

Likewise. Au shares only, Dow Jones price updated as normal. I'm getting ASX prices from the Yahoo finance site OK though.

Hi, I have just tried it, got my US shares ok but no Au. I do not have any NZ shares.

Hi again everyone,
I've just heard that AU share prices should now be available when you run a download.

The cause of this was due to a delay in the share price information being sent through rather than any issue with the service.

I've just tested on my install and AU prices have updated to yesterday (23/9).

Give it a go when you can.

In the past I have had to wait till 9.30 pm AEST to get the days downloads and not get an error if I retried on failure.
I had the 2018 version previously but only updated to the 2019 version this weekend
