unprocess sales items in POS

I am unsing Reckon 2019 with POS. When we do and EOD and then do the transfer I get a message saying that we have unprocessed sales. How do I fix this.
Also when I do the Post/transfer/compact I notice that the debtors box is not tick.
I had no handover with system so learning as I go.

This will more than likely be because you have unprocessed transactions under another terminal for terminal name. This normally occurs when you had to uninstall and reinstall a new PC and have used a slightly different tunnel name to what you had originally, or of had to get a new installation key for some reason.

No have not installed/uninstalled any new POS software or equipment.
One day the system was working fine. The next the message came up and has continued, can not fine what is going on.

I have already gone through that. We have 3 POS systems and all transfers/downloads/compact are all done on the admin POS machine.
Does unprocessed transactions mean that they have not been sent to Reckon Desktop????

Consider documenting the procedures you are following when performing the EOD process, provide screenshots of the error messages you are encountering, etc as this may assist other community members in recognising where you may be doing something different or give a clue as to the other areas of investigation to follow.

I have found that there is another terminal listed, but it should not be there. I can delete it, but I would like to know what transactions where done under that login.

Does anybody else able to answer this question. I am reluctant to call support as I find it hard to understand what is being said to me as there English is not the best.
