Quicken Personal Plus 2019 Styopped updating share prices

As of Friday 13th November, share prices and index prices have stopped updating via One Step Update. This applies to all watced indexes, US and Australian as well as my US stocks.

My prices and indexes are working fine with the One Step Update.

Are you using 2019 or 2020? I only updated to 2019 mid year but have had no issues up to now

Yep checked my license info. Online license valid till 2021 as I only updated to Version 2019 mid year.

I have just run a one step update, and this time the ASX200 Index has updated but the Dow Jones NASDAQ and S&PO 500 indexes have not, nor has my US stock prices. It shows missing symbols for the US stocks and indices. The software appears to have stopped looking at the US markets for some reason.

Same problem with Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2020. My last US share price update was 11 Nov 2019.

Auto update appears to be working again for US stocks and indexes. My US stock listing and NASDAQ, Dow Jones and S&P 500 all updated today and back filled all the data.
