how do i pay holidays owing for final pay for someone leaving? Does following the terminate employee

    The terminate employee does not create the final pay. That is a manual process. You need to find out what the leave accrued is and pay it out as holiday pay. Remember there is no leave loading on termination.

    Leave loading must be paid on termination (if it would have been paid during the employment).
    It's super that is not paid on any unused leave being paid out.

    thank you both. I managed to get through to the help line on the phone to clarify. Kevin thank you that was what i was not clear on - appreciate your answer. Larissa, i hadn't even got that far - but thank you - it made sense when i did.
