Jobkeeper Reconciliation

We have received the first job keeper payment for last month. 
What do I reconcile this to? Is it 'Other Income' then do I create a 'Job Keeper' item?

    If you have no other items to go into other income then you could use that account. But I created an income account JobKeeoer reimbursements. This clearly allows me to see what payments are received

    Or
    Create a new "other Income" Account called JobKeeper Subsidy...  No tax code.

    Go to Item List and create a new Item called "JobKeeper Subsidy" (No tax code.) and link to new account above.

    Create a Sales Receipt and create a new Customer called JobKeeper Subsidy
    use the new item and enter the amount received $3000.00 choose the bank account at the bottom that the subsidy was received in to and save and Close.
