    How do I send emails from Reckon accounts plus 2020
    My email server is  Telstra Bigpond

      What email client are you using? It should be MAPI compliant. Outlook 2016 or Outlook 365 is just fine. Call me if you get stcuk (Im using Outlook 2010)

      I think that is the problem I don't use outlook I am just using Telstra webmail.  I have set up my husbands hotmail account and that seems to be working.

      Have you entered the mail servers into reckon?

      I have now added my Telstra email to an Outlook account and have got it sorted thanks for all the help

      With invoices and payslips I printed and posted the old fashioned way

      Had a similar problem emailing invoices from Reckon to Outlook. Rang Kevin and he fixed it in the twinkling of an eye. Great job mate
