Reportable FBT using Reckon One Payroll

Hi
Trying to add Reportable FBT Gross Up figures but can't seem to find the solution. Have looked at KB 5148 but there is no option as is shown to add an addition

  I'm the same, and the help desk gave  me 2 replies, one is 5148, and the other one 5445, neither of them works......
