W2 data
The data inn the W2 tab is showing the change amount on the balance sheet between last 2 quarters not the current quarter payg deductions. How can i correct this.

You can't. W2 in the Simplified BAS/IAS Report is always the net movement.
For the purposes of your activity statements it is best to source your W2 amount from the Payroll Summary Report

@ChannelDirect Unlike the Income & GST labels, the W1 & W2 figures are populated from the source accounts so if you're using Clearing accounts or have any adjustments/entries posting to those, the W2 pre-populated figure will be incorrect.
I always use a customised Payroll Summary for cross-checking my W1 & W2 figures & when necessary, will manually overwrite the pre-filled label amounts as per this report.
