Can I just clarify, which Reckon software you're using? The post is marked in the Reckon One category however you've mentioned Reckon Accounts in the title.

Rav Reckon accounts. This is for a customer I need this for a supplier.

@Teagan Uttridge I create/modifiy a PO for this purpose & enter payment via Write Chq against it 😀
