Printing multiple payslips for one employee in Reckon Accounts
Hi there,
I am wondering if there is a quicker way to print multiple payslips for one employee. I have to print a years worth of payslips for one employee and the only way I can see to do it is to entert the dates for the year and then scroll through the 200 emplopyees for each fortnight and tick the one employee for each fortnight. This is a very time consuming task so I was hoping there was another way around this? MYOB had the capability of printing multiple payslips for one employee within a date range but Reckon doesn't appear to allow this.
Thanks, Rosie

Unfortunately it's not possible to isolate payslips for just one employee as the list is generated based on pay date rather than name.

Thanks Shaz, I thought that was the case but I thought I would try just in case.
Thanks

Has there been any changes to the ability to select all payslips for one employee other than scrolling through each pay period to find the one??

Not that I am aware of. It would be a really handy function to have!

You can add your votes to this as a future consideration here: https://ideas.reckon.com/ideas/RAB-I-728 !

This is a major problem. The Australian government process for claiming apprentice subsidies requires copies of 3 months of payslips for each apprentice. The method of having to selection none and then select the employee is laborious and error-prone. It needs to be fixed.

The last time I did this very recently they accepted a pays report for each employee showing the start and finish dates, and totals only
