When I try to back up this warning/error keeps occurring. How can I resolve without loosing any data. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Juli White

    Try out the following steps and see if it helps

    Resort the memorized reports list:

    1. Reports > Memorized Reports List
    2. Click on View and select Re-sort List; click OK to continue
    3. Close the Memorized Reports List

     

    If this does not resolve the issue continue with the following steps: 

    • Rebuild the company file.
    • After the rebuild is complete, verify the company file.
