Importing IIF payroll files

Hi everyone,

We have recently started using a Timesheet program called TANDA Timesheets to manage our rosters and staff payroll.

I am having a few issues with Reckon Hosted once I have imported the IIF file. for the past two weeks it has imported the wrong hours into Reckon although the exported file is correct. This week Reckon has not recognised any hours and I have had to enter the hours manually.

I am hoping there is someone who is able to assist/guide me with getting this right and working.
