Can't Update Company Address


When I try to update our company address it says "A valid address must be selected from the list." It will not accept a PO Box but we no longer have a street address and so we must have a PO Box on our accounts documentation.
How can I update it to our correct address?

Mikaela you cannot change this address here. This is only your profile address its not your Book address. The adress is changed from Settings in your book address. It's very confusing I know. I literally just spent ten minutes on the phone to tech support who appeared to not understand the question, When you go into your Reckon One Book, you can change the address here. Thank you for your question. Call me if you get stuck 0407744914. I asked why the need for two addresses but the consultant was a unclear. I also said the profile should allow for a PO Box. Im waiting to get a reply

I didn't quite get it at first, but then realised that I had to open my Book (as if I were to do some accounting work) and then go to: Settings › General › Book settings and then I could change the details there.
