I'm a little confused as to what your issue is exactly.

Could you please outline the following:

What screen are you looking at exactly within Reckon Accounts?
What steps did you complete within the above screen?
What is the overall goal you are trying to achieve?

I'm doing the adjustment with some items but apart is a success but some can't show the amount

Hi Vick,

Thanks for clarifying the information for me.

In the screenshot you provided in your very first post, it looks like no new Qty has been entered? It's just blank. Therefore, there would be no adjusted amount either. You will need to ensure you add what the new Qty amount should be.
