Leave Liability Report

I am having some trouble with my Leave Liability Report. Although there are hours accrued which are showing on the report the $s column is showing as $0.00.

    It sounds like you don’t have a default hourly pay rate saved in the employee’s record?

    Unfortunately I do, and it displays on the report.

    I'm having the same issue. I have 1 employee who has a balance in the $$ column, the others show a zero balance.I've been through and altered and saved the employee pay rates and then changed them back, but that has made no difference.

    Hi ClareBailey, I've just looked back at other posts and...this has just fixed by issue - the leave liability box (in the leave tab) was unticked for some of the employees. I've ticked it for everyone and now the $$ value is showing. Hope this helps.

    Yes, you need to ensure the Leave Liability checkbox is always ticked in each Leave tab for each employee !
