I am missing 2 employees from the STP final. They only worked a couple of months last year Aug/ Sep and have shown up on the employee payment summary but not the STP final?
Does any one know why or how to fix this?
When you do the EOFY STP it will pick them up
Check in the specific employee records that they have not been ticked to be excluded:
Failing that, ensure you have the correct year selected next to the Finalise Year Pay Event option as the system defaults to the current FY (2021/22!):
I have realised I am trying to finalise 22 instead of 21.
