Tax Tables
As a "closely held" payee of a home based micro business, I've avoided STP till now. I'm just setting up Reckon Payroll. Do the Medibank levy exempt tax tables assume taxfree threshold claimed or not? Otherwise how do I claim both medicare exemption and tax free threshold?

Your best option is to overide the Payroll App calculated Tax and replace with your figures after running the ATO Tax withheld calculator to find the amount of tax applicable in your situation.
Refer PAYG Tax and select custom tax withheld
