How to override Super guarantee amount

I need to be able to override the Super guarantee amount calculated by the app.
A staff member is over 70 years old and not eligible for Super (a closely held employee).
Perhaps in a similar way it is done with the Tax withheld amount.

@Trevor. Super Guarantee is still available for employee who is over 75. Employer has to pay Super Guarantee no later than 28 days after end of quarter.
