single touch pay termination
Hi,
Employees last day was 17/8/21 we have paid an extra 1 week final pay & also unused annual leave.
Do I put the pay period 18/8/21 - 24/8/21 & the release date the 24/8/21 on the final pay cheque?
Final payment was made on 19/8/21

Yes, if you Terminate Employee via the Employee Organiser, you can specify both the last day worked & the final pay date βΊοΈ

I have already submitted the final pay & annual leave through single touch pay with the incorrect dates. being 17/8/21 -18/8/21
I have changed the dates to the correct dates. 18/8/21 - 24/8/21
Do I resubmit with update file or full file replacement?

STP is based on payment date rather than pay period so it doesn't really matter too much but if you want to, I would submit as an Update as it's only 1 employee being amended.
