I recently updated my Personal Home & Business software to 2021

As in the past, I am having difficulty in restoring my file to the new version.

back up files have an extension .RKN . The restore files keep looking for .QDB files

What is the solution to this on going annoyance!

    You need to RESTORE the file

    Restoring the file is looking fo .QDB files, my backups are .rkn and there is no option to amend to locate .rkn files
