Why is GST showing on reports

I have GST turned off as not registered and reports are showing GST? I have had it turned off for 3 years. This is weird. Any suggestions?

    When you click on one of these transactions what does it show, and what report is it

    a balance sheet report. When i click on the transaction it says - no transactions matching your selection were found. Strange

    a bit hard without seeing it - on the balance sheet what account has a figure - tax payable? Is the report set to Accrual basis?
