Recording a loss for a partnership

How do I do this as I obviously can't distribute a loss but I'm guessing that I do need to record it so that it can go on the individual tax return. (which is going in late whilst I sort this out 😕)

    This might be a question for your accountant if you have one, if he prepares the financials you can just do a journal to bring your accounts into line with his balance sheet
