Uploading STP from Reckon Hosted

Hi, I am having trouble uploading STP file from Reckon Hosted. I have registered the software with the ATO, logged into the Reckon Govt Portal, however when I upload my file it says "submitted" but then there is no reference of it. I have called the ATO and they have not received the files. Not sure where to go from here.

Hi @rweller

When you are in GovConnect, do you have multiple Reckon products loaded within your STP entity? If so, are you selecting the correct/relevant product to upload your STP file to?

For example, in the screenshot below you'll see I have multiple products loaded in my STP entity but in this case I've selected Reckon Accounts Hosted, denoted by the little triangle icon under its tile to upload my file to.

@rweller This catches everyone out as annoyingly, tiles can't be deleted, hidden (or even rearranged) & therefore the page always opens by default, under the first tile set up 🙄😫
