Hi, Hope you can help.

I am unable to run my install disk on my new Dell Laptop using Windows 11. See attached error message

Dell could not assist saying its probably a compatibility issue.

I'm hoping to download the installation file and see if I can execute it that way.

My customer id is 480841.

Any assistance would be appreciated as I really like this program and do not want to upgrage

Nothing is on the Reckon site.

I want to install Reckon Accounts Personal 2013 on a Windows 11 machine and I get the same error message as John posted at the beginning of this thread.

Could you please explain what you would do with Reckon?

I'm not trying to be difficult I'm just not following because I don't have a Reckon account, just a CD for the 2013 software.
