Installing Reckon on new computer

Hi there. I am trying to install Reckon Accounts Plus 2021 on a new computer and have come up with this error message: Error 1920. Service Quickbooks Database Manager Service (QBCFMonitorService) failed to start. Can any one help? Otherwise I'll have to contact Technical Support on Monday.

    Hi Zappy. Thanks for getting back to me. I've checked Help and gone into Programs and Features but the information doesn't exactly match the options.

    I'm wondering if I should switch every option on. Do you know?

    Yes TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON OR OFF just tick them all .NET
