Megan try emailing to yourself as Excel, while the subaccounts are still indented as they should be the amounts all line up down the page, looks a lot neater

    Thank you for you help.

We will be running a macro to combine all our Reckon data files (consolidated accounts) , will need the account number in one column in the excel and the amounts to be in another column.

Have you tried the Combine Reports from Multiple Companies option? (I haven't used it myself so can't offer any feedback on how well it works, how easy to use etc)

    Great idea, yes works well.

Would like to still create a P & L in a flat view.

Exported the file into excel and created a new column then added formula to add all the headings in one column . Works but take time.
