STP reporting error/ rejected

Hi Rav,

I have noticed the totals for one employee is incorrect - it looks like an extra entry has been submitted however upon looking through my pay runs none have been duplicated in the app. How can I amend the total without doing an adjustment?

While looking into this I have seen that 9 of my pay runs from the 4th Jan have been rejected - so my question is - if I reenter these runs will it add to my employees total therefore making it way out of balance?

    When you say you have noticed the totals is incorrect - are you seeing it in the actual YTD amount registered for the employee in their ATO / mygov Income statemen?
