I keep getting the message 'Transfer cancelled'


when attempting to enter a transfer between my accounts I get the message 'Transfer cancelled' with all my transfers however entered. This is in Reckon Accounts Personal Plus

Hi Peter,
While we've got a help article on this particular error message which I'll link below, the first thing I'd recommend is to ensure your file name is less than 8 characters in length. Once its renamed, try again and see if it works out correctly for you.
