Issue with edit Payroll Totals Payroll Premier

Hi Reckon

I forget to add a new employee who work for the company since 1 July 2021, and now I add him from 1 October 2021 but how do I edit YTD Payroll totals in Payroll Premier to ensure that YTD will be calculated from 1 July 2021 to 1 October 2021.

    You forgot an employee for 3 months..? How did you pay them then?


    Run their payruns for the missing months.

    Could you explain me more detail because I want to process the new employee from 1 October 2021 but the payslip want to show YTD totals to current.

    This is sounding pretty dodgy to be honest. How have you been paying this employee if you weren't processing them in the software?

    The employer pay wages their employee already, but, unfortunately, I missed out to process him from the beginning so now I add him in the October and is possible for me to add up YTD from July to October for him instead removing all employees and process from July
