Memorised Transaction

Recently over the past few months one of my memorised transactions for a deposit isn't working.
I've tried deleting the transaction and re-doing it but get the same negative result.
Can anyone help?

Check that you have it memorised as a Standing Order on a designated date & frequency.

Yeah I did that, same problem

Dave if you were me you would reinstal the software. I suspect it's a system file which has become corrupt. Call me if you get stuck 0407744914
