online banking

Need some help with on line banking please.

I have setup three business files on hosted, through the "portal" I have completed the Fast Coding linked my bank accounts to respective files bank accounts are now showing "active" have checked preferences for banks and online and edited details in chart of accounts for each bank account BUT when I go to online banking from home page I don't get the link to the bank.

Any suggestions?
