Super amount due not being captured - Reckon Hosted

Help please!!

I have processed several pay runs and I cannot find any information regarding superannuation amounts for the employees on any report.

Am I missing something obvious? I have set up the employees information under super tab. Nothing is showing in payroll liabilities or superannuation expense account. When I look at the super report by employee everything is there except for the amount.

    Is the super amount on the pay cheque?

    Thank you for your reply, there is no superannuation detail on the pay cheque.

    It says superannuation 10% but no amount.

    I will call you tomorrow afternoon if that is OK?
