Adding Superannuation Personal Contributions
I need to add $1,153.62 for superannuation personal contributions as I have physically already paid this to my Super fund but didn't add it as an extra for each weekly pay run. So each weekly pay run only shows the 10% Super Guarantee Amount. How do I do this?

At this stage an easy option is to fill up a manual superannuation reporting form and send to ATO. Your tax accountant should be able to help you. The type of form will depend on your personal and business circumstance.
The Payroll app based option will be to update the Employee Initial YTD 2021-22 summary in Employee settings with the additional superannuation amounts.

Once you run and send the EOFY 2021-22 Payrun report the amount will be captured and sent to ATO including the normal Payrun amounts. Keep in mind the additional superannuation amount will not be displayed in the EOFY report as this is a shortcoming in the Payroll app at this stage.
