Negative tax on a long service leave payout

Hi all
I'm processing an unscheduled payrun for one employee to pay out long service leave on termination. The LSL hadn't previously been accrued. Reckon One has calculated a negative tax amount for the pay so the net payment is higher than the gross. How can I adjust the PAYG withheld to fix this?
