Hi
I have put in on two occasions extra pays during the year how can I delete these two extra pays

@snavekath you can remove the payruns by using the Edit Payrun function and deleting it once it becomes draft. But this will not change the YTD balances for the employee in the ATO Income statement. Once you then create and submit the EOFY report this will be adjusted as well.
Make sure you are selecting the correct employee payrun if more than one employee in payrun.
