Reckon Personal Plus 2022 & Windows 11 Compatibility


Overnight I updagraded my Surface Pro 7 to Windows 11. I started using Reckon Personal Plus 2022 this morning.
RPP2022 is not working properly now.
Whilst I can use the program, every minute the program windows flash several times on screen and then return to their normal static state. Whilst the windows are flashing you cannot use the program.
Has anyone else encountered this and is their a solution?

I have tried everything I can possibly find to try, including advice from @GerryWinter .
- I have uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled RPP 2022 from the Reckon website.
- I have updated the display driver multiple times, with restarts.
- I have been to Microsoft support again and followed the steps here too: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/troubleshoot-screen-flickering-in-windows-47d5b0a7-89ea-1321-ec47-dc262675fc7b#WindowsVersion=Windows_11
Based on what I am seeing this screen flicker/screen refresh problem only happens with Reckon Personal Plus 2022. I am not seeing this with other software applications on my computer at all.
This same issue happened on an older version of Reckon PP (I think pre-2018 version before the annual subscription) which I had used on another Windows 10 computer. Reckon support told me then that the old version I was using was not Windows 10 compatible.
As I understand it RPP 2022 is supposed to be Windows 11 compatible. So far everything I am experiencing so far says it is not.

Try running it in windows 7 compatiblity or even XP

As a troubleshooting measure, try the following steps -
- Close Personal Plus
- Right click the desktop background
- Select 'Personalize' to open the Preview page
- In the 'Background' field, select Solid colour;
- Close the screen.
- Launch Personal Plus
Use Personal Plus as you normally would after that including the activity you'd normally conduct when you encounter the flicker issues. Does the issue persist?
