Importing an IIf file to Reckon hosted

We have downloaded an IIF file and converted to an excel file.

This is our COA file and we have cleaned it up and am now trying to upload the COA file into Reckon Hosted.

How do I convert my excel file back into a IIF file so I can import back into our Hosted file?
