To solve the recurring problem with renewals is it best to buy a new subscriptions and download a new version of Reckon Accounts Personal.
Obviously you would need to backup data first and restore to new install
Definitly NOT as your new downloads are on your members site, call me if you want a hand.

I have issue unlocking my reckon Elite Practice Management (Enterprise), even though the product is registered
I dont do Elite but i can ring Reckon on Monday and get it sorted for you.

I had this problem last renewal and we could not fix Reckon Personal inventory. Also Program did not activate on rollover and I had to contact Reckon to get the key. The downtime is not acceptable.
