locked out of Reckon

I have been locked out of my Reckon after several failed attempts (incorrect password). I called Reckon support but they were hopeless in resolving the issue as I asked them to email me what to do. When I try to leave my email to resubmit a new password, I never receive an email back from Reckon

Terry hi you are using the wrong email address for the password reset. Give me a call. I'll get this sorted.
