Wholesale Invoice
I am trying to create an invoice with the following columns for EACH product line on the invoice. I cannot seem to achieve Col 3 and col 4 separately as per below.
Col 1: QTY
Col 2: BASE PRICE
Col 3: WET
Col 4: GST
Col 5: TOTAL
Thank you for any help offered

WET is a tax code (like GST) so will be shown in the “Tax Amount” column, when you select that tax code on a line, if applicable ☺️

Thank you very much Shaz
The problem I have is that I cannot get the columns to display the totals as I want to see them. I have included a copy of the invoice column configuration I intend to use. The number of units in this example is 2 - not that it really matters but just in case you want to make sense of the calculations easily.

Can you upload a screenshot of how it looks at the moment?
I’ve not had much to do with WET as - unlike GST - it’s a very specific code, only applicable to the wine industry.
Because WET & GST are both “tax codes”, they use the same “Tax” column (for the code itself) but do they not show separately-calculated tax amounts ? 🤔

I don't think Reckon will do what I want it to do unfortunately. I may have to look for an alternative.
I can't upload the invoice I am trying to change in Reckon because it is a complete disaster and to be honest I am a bit fed up. I very much appreciate your help but I think it's a lost cause.

Is this a screenshot of your current invoice layout in Reckon Accounts ? 🤔

Not sure if any accounting systems can offer what you want out of the box. Normally there are only rate/qty/tax(1 tax only)

RA is definitely used successfully by a lot of people with WET requirements.
RA should show the same information as your screenshot … it’s just laid out slightly differently. That particular layout will likely be a default, fixed template (& if it’s an industry-specific software program, it’s probably very expensive & unable to be edited/changed like things can be in RA!)
