Hi - I would like to start to use Deputy and would like to know if it integrates with Reckon Desktop Premier?

Deputy does not currently have an integration with Reckon Accounts Desktop.
Take a look at Wageloch Workforce Management which integrates with Reckon Accounts Desktop & Reckon Accounts Hosted. I'll link more info below -
